WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF COLORBLIND APPAREL ITEMS ?

As we want to offer products of the best quality, we decided to print on T-shirts and items selected with thorough attention as they must be comfortable to wear, well tailored, and also socially and environmentally responsibly made.

 

All T-shirts are manufactured in Portugal with 100% organic jersey cotton for ethical reasons while having the constant desire to be close to our producers and get the highest possible quality.  

 

All prints are made in Paris & Toulouse (France) or in Portugal according to the technical needs we have in order to make the best quality prints. 

 

We remain strongly devoted by selling items manufactured with 100% organic and fair trade cotton. These products are of very high quality. Even though their production costs are generally higher than other textile products, their manufacture engenders a lower environmental impact and certify of better conditions for the workers and farmers.

 

All parcels are made with recycled cardboard. The wrapping tissue is certified organic and can be recycled.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR INKS AND PRINTS QUALITIES ?

The T-shirts and items are printed in France (Paris & Toulouse), in a constant desire to obtain the best possible print quality. A strong diligence is therefore applied at this step, each graphic being the core of the artistic work Colorblind Apparel offers.   

 

These inks guarantee high quality of colors and durability. They respect Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 tests and therefore do not contain any harmful substances.

 

WHICH PRINTING TECHNIQUES DO YOU APPLY ?

Digital printing technique provides a very high quality print by printing directly onto the apparel. Prints keep very fine details, and the apparel stays very comfortable to touch and wear.

 

Silkscreen printing is also used when possible as the quality is also very nice and brings beautiful results.

 

 The main goal when printing stays always to get the best artistic effect for the item and for your comfort of course.

 

WHICH CARE INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD I FOLLOW ?

  • Wash inside-out at maximum 30°c.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Iron inside out, at medium heat, without steam.

 

HOW CAN I CHOOSE MY SIZE ?

A new System called FITIZZY is now available on every product page, allowing you to chose quickly and very accurately your size through a very simple system from your own place. The system integrates precisely the sizes of our products and by entering your measurements you will be able to chose your size without any mistake. 

Every item has its own specificity regarding its shape and its size. A size chart is still available at the bottom of every page in order to facilitate your order. Please look carefully at this chart and take the measures of one of your own apparel before ordering. This will help to avoid any mistake and time loss.

 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT ?

We use PayPal  as a payment method as it is one of the safest and widespread payment sytems. Through PayPal, we accept French bank cards (bearing the “CB” symbol) and international bank cards (bearing the “VISA” or “MASTERCARD” symbols) as well as payments through your PayPal account.

Please notice that you do not need a PayPal account to pay through our PayPal secured system. After filling your cart and getting through the payment process, you just need to click on "I do not have a PayPal account" and the VISA and MASTERCARD secured payment page will open.  

 

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS ?

Delivery costs are most of the time FREE but can change according to the country of delivery and they become free after a certain order amount. Fees are always mentioned before the final payment. Think about ordering with your friends and/or family in order to reduce or avoid these additional costs. All details are available in the “Delivery” section of this website.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL ?

After the confirmation of your order and the reception of your payment, you will receive a second email containing the tracking number of your parcel and the internet address of the French postal system where you can track it. Please notice that delivery time can change according to your country of delivery.

 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF FRANCE ?

Yes, we do ship almost everywhere in the world. Please have a look at the delivery section of this website for more details.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED ?

Usually two working days after we received you payment.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM ?

Yes, but under certain conditions which are all explained under Article 6 and Article 8 of our amazing Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery. Please read them carefully and contact us by email before sending us back any item. We will do our best to take care of your request.
